FALL RETREAT INFORMATION
DATES: Friday, October 2 – Sunday, October 4, 2026
LOCATION: Durley Camp and Retreat Center 1391 Woburn Rd, Greenville, IL 62246
AGE: 18 and above
PURPOSE: To enjoy a time of rest away from our busy schedules. To have a time to reflect on the goodness of God. To renew our relationships with our Savior and with one another.
SCHEDULE
Friday, October 2
5:30-6:00: Arrival and Registration at the Young Lodge
6:00-7:00: Supper
7:00-8:30: Session 1
8:30-???: Recreation activity, games, fellowship
Saturday, October 3
7:30-9:00: Breakfast
9:00-10:00: Solo time with God – your normal devotional routine
10:00-11:00: Session 2
11:00-12:00: Hour with Jesus
12:00-1:00: Lunch
1:00-2:00: Scripture Reading
2:00-4:00: Free Time/Group Outings
4:00-5:00: Solo Time for Reflection
5:00-6:00: Session 3
6:00-7:00: Supper
7:00-8:00: Group Discussions
8:00-8:30: Prayer & Worship
8:30-???: Recreation activity, games, and fellowship
Sunday, October 4
7:30 -9:00: Breakfast
9:00-10:30: Solo time with God – your normal devotional routine
10:30–12:00: Church at the Tabernacle
12:00-1:30: Lunch
1:30: Pack and head home
MEALS:
Friday supper: Hot dogs, chips, veggies, s’mores
Saturday breakfast: Continental breakfast (muffins, yogurts, fruit, juice, ect.)
Saturday lunch: Subway
Saturday Supper: Curbside Catering
Sunday Breakfast: Continental breakfast (muffins, yogurts, fruit, juice, ect.)
Sunday Lunch: Joe’s Catering
Cost for all the meals for the entire weekend is $65 per person or may also be paid for individually and marked on the registration form.

Youth Cabin - $50 per night
Keffer Quad Large- $90 per night
Keffer Quad Small –$80 per night
Chalet #1 - $125 per night
Chalet #2 - $125 per night
Chalet #3 - $125 per night
Whitlock Cabin - $175 per night
Ministry House - $175 per night
RV site - $50 per night
SCHOLARSHIPS: If the cost of the retreat is a concern, please let a church staff member know.
COSTS:
$20 registration fee per person
$65 full weekend meal plan per person
Housing will be determined by the option chosen and if shared with others.
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Submit the below registration form by September 13.
Housing will be assigned and communicated after that date.
Any registration submitted after September 13 will be subject to available housing.
If you wish to commute back and forth and attend parts of the retreat that is totally fine. The registration fee of $20 will still apply.
